【Job Description】
⎼ Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
⎼ Monitor production progress and adjust schedules according to demand and capacity.
⎼ Coordinate materials, manpower, equipment, and other production resources.
⎼ Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
⎼ Compile and analyze production results and on-time delivery performance.
⎼ Identify production delays, material shortages, and operational issues, coordinating prompt corrective actions.
⎼ Coordinate with Japanese headquarters, overseas locations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and related departments.
⎼ Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, and related documentation.
⎼ Support cost reduction, productivity improvement, Kaizen, and 5S activities.
⎼ Ensure production activities comply with quality, safety, and company procedures.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Male or Female, age 33–45 years old.
⎼ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
⎼ Minimum 2 years of experience in production control, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
⎼ Proven experience in production scheduling, output monitoring, and material coordination.
⎼ Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
⎼ Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
⎼ Strong coordination and communication skills.
⎼ Ability to prepare and analyze production reports.
⎼ Good command of written English (intermediate level for reading/writing technical documents).
⎼ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
⎼ Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent production issues effectively.
⎼ Must hold a valid driving license.
⎼ Experience in Japanese manufacturing companies or electronic components / FA product assembly is preferred.
⎼ Japanese language skill is a plus.
