【Job Description】
- Manage food drying operations, including setting, adjusting, and controlling drying processes and techniques.
- Operate freeze-drying (FD) production lines and manage production processes and quality control.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, boilers, electrical systems, and machinery.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors, including supporting other departments as required.

- No specific educational background required.
- Able to work in shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent technical knowledge and practical experience.
- Experience in food drying technology and food processing operations.
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of freeze-drying equipment, refrigeration systems, boilers, or related machinery.
- Boiler operator certification or other relevant electrical/mechanical maintenance certifications would be an advantage.

【Working Hour】
Working Hours & Shift Schedule

3-shift rotation, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays:

① 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
② 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
③ 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

- New employees will initially work only the daytime shift (①) during the training period.
- Once able to work independently, employees will be assigned to all three shifts, including the evening and night shifts (② and ③).
- Day shift (①): 2–3 employees per shift
- Evening/Night shifts (② and ③): 1 employee per shift
- Days off: Equivalent to 2 days off per week (shift-based)
- Overtime may be required depending on staffing levels.
