【Job Description】
We are looking for a highly ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Time-Critical & Emergency Logistics Services.
This is a 100% hunting role focused on opening new accounts, exploring untapped markets, and converting high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, cold call, network, and acquire new customers.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Identify customer needs and propose urgent logistics solutions, including On-Board Courier, Direct Drive, Next-Flight-Out, and Air Charter.
- Explore new industries and markets to develop new revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers.
- Handover newly acquired accounts to the operations team while continuing to focus on new business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

【Qualification】
- 3+ years of B2B sales / business development experience, with strong new business acquisition and cold-calling experience.
- Experience in freight forwarding, expedited freight, emergency logistics, or a fast-paced B2B industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage sales cycles, negotiate, and close new business.
- Strong hunter mindset with a genuine drive to find and win new customers.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable approaching new prospects and handling rejection.
- Open-minded with the ability to identify opportunities in new industries and markets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
