【Job Description】
⎼ Main performing and maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
⎼ Manage, monitor, and oversee workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental activities in compliance with legal and corporate standards.
⎼ Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, identify operational risks, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
⎼ Plan, organize, and execute safety training programs and promote safety awareness among employees.
⎼ Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and follow up on corrective action implementation.
⎼ Plan and coordinate workplace environmental assessments, including lighting, noise, heat, radiation, and air quality monitoring.
⎼ Track environmental metrics and prepare compliance reports regarding wastewater, waste management, and resource consumption.
⎼ Implement environmental improvement projects, energy conservation initiatives, and sustainability programs.
⎼ Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external authorities on safety and environmental regulations.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Age 28–35 years old, open to all genders.
⎼ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
⎼ 3-5 years of experience in safety and environmental management within a manufacturing environment.
⎼ Certified in and strong practical knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
⎼ Strong knowledge of safety laws, environmental regulations, and labor legislation.
⎼ Intermediate command of written English (technical documents); conversational Japanese is an advantage.
⎼ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and report-writing skills, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
⎼ Must possess a valid driving license.
⎼ Experience in electronic components manufacturing or Factory Automation (FA) assembly is preferred.
⎼ Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
