【Job Description】
- Create renovation concepts and designs for each property.
- Plan layouts, interiors, lighting, and furniture. Make drawings and 3D perspectives.
- Discuss details with local contractors. Check construction drawings.
- Inspect job sites to ensure design quality. Manage project schedules.
- Direct the Japan design team on drawings and 3D renders. Check their work quality.
- Confirm specifications with the Japan head office. Send regular updates.
- Select materials and furniture in Thailand. Manage purchasing costs.
- Other tasks assigned be MD, Sales team or HQ in Japan.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender
- Age: 22-30 years old
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Experience as interior designer will be high advantage
- English: intermediate - business
- Japanese speaker will be high advantage
- Able to use design software (Must 2D, Preffer 3D)
