【Job Description】
- Translate the Director’s strategy, direction, and business objectives into actionable plans for the manufacturing organization.
- Lead and drive factory-related projects from planning through implementation and completion.
- Manage project schedules, progress, issues, and coordination among relevant departments.
- Lead projects related to new sweets products, mass-production launches, factory improvements, and business restructuring.
- Work cross-functionally with Production, R&D, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments.
- Identify factory issues and drive improvements in productivity, yield, cost, capacity utilization, manpower allocation, and production processes.
- Act as a bridge between Japanese management and the Thai manufacturing organization.
- Explain factory operations, manufacturing processes, production capabilities, and project status to external Thai stakeholders.
- Proactively push projects forward and ensure that agreed actions are implemented on the factory floor.
- Perform other duties related to new projects and factory improvement activities.

【Qualification】
- Male or female, approximately 45–52 years old.
- Strong experience in food manufacturing, preferably sweets, desserts, bakery, confectionery, or other relevant processed food products.
- Experience in project management within a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading new product launches and/or mass-production projects.
- Strong understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate experienced Factory Managers and department Managers.
- Able to work effectively outside the existing factory reporting line and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Business-level English required.
- Japanese language ability is highly preferred.- Must be able to commute to the factory in Nakhon Pathom on a daily basis.
