【Job Description】
Seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and leadership-oriented Senior Lawyer to join a growing Bangkok team. In this key role, you will lead complex legal engagements, advise foreign clients on market entry and corporate compliance in Thailand, and mentor a team of junior lawyers. You will play an active role in enhancing the firm's operational procedures and risk management protocols.

- Handle corporate and commercial legal matters, including cross-border transactions and M&A.
- Support company setup and investment projects, including BOI and IEAT applications.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Advise clients on corporate compliance and legal matters.
- Supervise and support junior and mid-level lawyers in their daily work and legal research.
- Help improve internal workflows, client management, and risk control.

【Qualification】
- 6+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a law firm.
- Strong background in corporate and commercial law.
- Experience in cross-border investment and M&A is a plus.
- Experience working with Thai and international clients is preferred.
- Able to supervise and support junior lawyers and work as part of a team.
- LL.B., LL.M., or higher in Law with a valid Thai Lawyer’s License.
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
- Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
