【Job Description】
We are looking for an experienced Partner to lead and grow the Bangkok office. The role will focus on developing new business, building relationships with international clients, and managing a team of lawyers. The Partner will also advise senior executives on complex corporate and cross-border legal matters and support the continued growth of the firm.

- Develop new business opportunities, particularly in foreign investment, M&A, and corporate matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with Chinese and international clients, business networks, and relevant organizations.
- Advise clients on corporate, investment, regulatory, BOI, and Foreign Business Act (FBA) matters.
- Lead complex and cross-border transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and major investment projects.
- Manage and oversee the Bangkok legal team, including Senior Lawyers and Associates.
- Provide guidance on complex legal issues, risk assessment, and dispute matters.
- Work closely with the firm’s China headquarters and regional offices on cross-border matters.
- Support the growth, financial performance, and overall development of the Bangkok practice.

【Qualification】
- 6+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years working in a law firm.
- Strong experience in corporate, commercial, investment, and M&A law, working with Thai and international clients.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and mentor junior and mid-level lawyers.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills, with the ability to develop new opportunities and grow client relationships.
- Experience in cross-border transactions and corporate matters is preferred.
