【Job Description】
⎼ Oversee all corporate financial and accounting functions, including financial accounting, managerial accounting, financial planning, cost accounting, auditing, taxation, and BOI compliance.
⎼ Lead and direct statutory accounting, consolidated financial reporting, and cost calculation processes.
⎼ Manage local corporate tax strategies, including corporate income tax and transfer pricing compliance.
⎼ Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team (comprising 1 Manager, 3 Staff, and 1 BOI Officer).
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Practical experience across all aspects of Corporate finance, Managerial accounting, tax, and BOI regulations
⎼ Hands-on experience within the automotive or automotive-related industry
⎼ In-depth expertise in financial reporting, transfer pricing, consolidated accounting, and cost management (CPD certification is not required).
⎼ Language: Good command of English or Japanese
