【Job Description】
[Main Duties]
⎼ Oversee end-to-end purchasing and procurement of raw materials and supplies (vendor selection, price negotiation, purchase order management, delivery and inventory control).
⎼ Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to monitor and manage procurement progress.
⎼ Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers regarding import/export logistics and arrangements.

[Future Duties]
⎼ Depending on performance and aptitude, gradually take on BOI (Board of Investment) privilege management as well as Visa and Work Permit administration for expatriates over time.
⎼ Perform other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Age: 23–34 years old.
⎼ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
⎼ [Required] Proven work experience in purchasing, procurement, or material management.
⎼ Language: Good command of English (conversational to business level); proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
⎼ Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
⎼ [Preferred] Prior experience or background knowledge in BOI procedures, import/export regulations, or Visa & Work Permit management (not mandatory).

【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Meal Allowance: 50 THB / day.
⎼ Attendance Allowance: 600 THB to 1,000 THB per month (gradually increasing).
⎼ Living Allowance: 800 THB / month (After probation)
⎼ Transportation Allowance: Actual cost (Max2,500 THB)

⎼ Raise Salary: about 4%
⎼ Bonus: about 3-3.5 month

【Working Hour】
Mon-Fri and 1-3 Saturday/Month (Depending on the Company calendar)
