【Job Description】
Join a growing shared office space business located in Asok, Sukhumvit, one of Bangkok's major business hubs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build business relationships, develop creative marketing ideas, and attract new clients while contributing to the company's growth.

- Build relationships with potential clients and business partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's workspace and services.
- Prepare business proposals and support service contract negotiations.
- Work closely with management and operations teams to improve customer experience and support business growth.
- Assist with daily business operations and contribute to new business initiatives.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Thai and English.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and approachable.
