【Job Description】
- Visit customers and hear requirements (get CS related inquiries: M/C modification, O/H, M/C training course)
- Support non-Thai sales person's new machine inquiries (communication with Thai key decision makers)
- Handle after-sales service (e.g. emergency service)
- Be able to discuss scope of work with customers and engineers (set the scope of work with customer, make/submit quotation, fix service schedule with engineers)
- Lead meetings related to CS jobs (e.g. report progress of ongoing jobs, get technical advice from HQ or other branches)
- Make service quotations (needs to be able to determine scope of work)
- Prepare proposals to customers and inquiry to discuss with the factory in overseas
- Monitor CS jobs with engineer until they're done (progress tracking and issue solving)
- Handle existing customers only (no need to go find new potential customers)
- Be able to travel overseas independently for customer visit

【Qualification】
- At least 2-3 years of experience as sales engineer (over 5 years is preferred)
- Can verbally communicate in Japanese and English (speaking & listening skill) (JP = over N3 level)
- 25-35 years old
- Has a driver's license and can visit customers by themselves
- Has worked in Japanese company (machine industry is preferred)
- Education background: Engineering
- Personality traits: Proactive, has sales skill (make presentation and negotiate on price and lead time)
