【Job Description】
1. Demo and Proposal of company's Solutions and Products
-Able to demonstrate and propose company's solutions and products to customers, showcasing their capabilities and aligning them with customer needs.
2. Design and Develop Solutions
-Design and implement system solutions using company's products, DCS equipment, and associated software, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
3. System Integration
-Integrate various systems, ensuring compatibility between company's products, DCS systems, and third-party equipment.
4. Customer Support and Consultation
-Provide technical support and consultancy to customers regarding system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for both hardware and software solutions.
5. Collaborate with Sales and Technical Teams
-Work closely with the Sales team to provide technical expertise on product capabilities, solutions, and system integration.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system design and implementation.
-Documentation and Specifications
-Develop detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, software configurations, and integration guidelines.
7. Quality Control and Testing
-Oversee the testing and quality assurance (QA) processes for systems and software to ensure they meet the required standards and performance levels.
8. System Optimization and Maintenance
- Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending optimizations for improved efficiency and reliability.
9. Technical Training and Knowledge Sharing
-Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on the usage, installation, and maintenance of system solutions.

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 25-35 Years
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in System Engineering, Solution Engineering, or Technical Support roles.
-Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting system solutions involving hardware, software, and network integration.
-Hands-on experience with Auto-ID solutions, barcode printers, labeling systems, DCS equipment, or industrial systems is preferred.
-Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and resolve system issues.
-Experience collaborating with Sales, Technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
-Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
-Have driving lisence and Own car
