【Job Description】
⎼ Supervise, lead, and develop 2 Area Managers to improve overall brand operational excellence and performance.
⎼ Oversee multi-store and multi-area operations, managing sales targets, profitability, labor costs, and operational expenditures.
⎼ Conduct regular store visits and inspections to guide and enhance operational efficiency and standards.
⎼ Maintain strict standards of product quality, customer service, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
⎼ Analyze underperforming outlets and formulate and implement actionable turnaround strategies.
⎼ Actively engage in hands-on store floor operations as necessary alongside team members.
⎼ Report operational and financial performance to executive management and propose strategic improvements.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ English: Daily conversation level
⎼ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic PC skills
⎼ Proven management experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
⎼ Extensive experience overseeing multiple outlets and supervising multiple Area Managers.
⎼ Deep familiarity with store operations, accompanied by a proactive and hands-on operational mindset.
⎼ Strong capabilities in numerical management, profit and loss (P&L), and sales data analysis.
⎼ Conversational English proficiency (capable of explaining work tasks, giving instructions, and communicating with staff).
⎼ Prior multi-unit leadership experience in an F&B chain is preferred.
⎼ Proven track record in new store openings or turnaround of underperforming stores is preferred.
⎼ Proactive leadership, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to drive organizational success.
