【Job Description】
On behalf of our client, we are actively looking for 2 qualified professionals to support two of their distinct business units.
Based on your background, expertise, and fit, you will be considered for either Role 1 or Role 2 below:

1. Seminar Business
⎼ Prepare and manage seminars and events, including venue arrangement (or online platform setup), invitation dispatch, and attendee list management.
⎼ Support the preparation of textbooks and handout materials, including basic translation assistance.
⎼ Manage and maintain client databases and records.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

2. Renewable Energy Solar Business (PPA)
⎼ Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and verify receipt of PO.
⎼ Coordinate equipment and material procurement, assisting in ordering solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and tracking delivery timelines.
⎼ Support construction and installation schedule coordination.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Age: New graduates ～ Late in 20s
⎼ Education: Bachelor's degree or above
⎼ Japanese: Intermediate - Business (JLPT N3 level or above, certificate is not mandatory)
English: Intermediate - Business
(*Communicate internally via English for daily emails, chats, and operational instructions.)
⎼ 1 year + Work experience in administrative tasks, general affairs, or coordination.
⎼ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
