Thai Obayashi Corporation Limited ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2517 จากความร่วมมือระหว่าง Obayashi Corporation ประเทศญี่ปุ่น และผู้ถือหุ้นไทย เป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทก่อสร้างชั้นนำของประเทศไทยที่ให้บริการครบวงจรด้านวิศวกรรมและก่อสร้าง รวมถึงบริการหลังการก่อสร้าง งานปรับปรุงและต่อเติมอาคาร และโซลูชันด้านการประหยัดพลังงานเพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
