What is the circumstances that led you to use our services?
Our company operates a study abroad agency, and President Odahara, has been supporting us through comments on social media even before we knew each other. Since then, we had a chance to meet him at a networking event, and we have been friends ever since.
What challenges did you have regarding personnel (or other services)?
Since our company communicates with customers in Japan often, we were looking for someone with a level of N2 or above in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, and someone with appropriate skills. Also, since we would be handling customer service at the same time, it was a requirement that required good communication skills which we found it difficult to meet such people.
Please tell us what you liked about using our services.
We were able to introduce people who have practical Japanese language skills, and they are currently working in our company. In addition to human resources, we also receive support in a variety of ways as we advance our business in Thailand, such as introducing customers and inviting us to participate in networking events.
